I just failed my CA smog high HC. Before the test I changed the cat (NOT a high flow) plugs, leads and cap. Have set timing and Just filled the tank with pump gas hi oct (probably not good, should have used low oct) The truck was hot I noticed the smog guy did not disconnect the brown timing wire, (in cab at passengers feet).Is there a just change this part and you will be fine or is it change this,this,and this,remove this and this, trash that and maybe it might be ok.Any help will be great thanks
