Can anyone tell me this injector????

Well I have been trying to figure out what is up with my truck.... I noticed it smells extremely rich... and NOticed the injector did not look stock So i Pulled the numbers off of one this is what I came up with.....


280150756 can anyone tell me if this is a stock or aftermarket injector????
