This Batch:
This batch will be limited to 10 covers (multiple orders included).
First come (money in hand), first serve. These are built to order, so we will ship them as they are ready.
There are two options: Twill or Plain weave Carbon Fiber
There is no need to fill all 10 slots.

About the Covers:
These are made from 100% composite materials, the top layer of material is carbon fiber, followed by several layers of woven fiberglass. These are vacuum infused with vinyl ester resin to produce a strong, light, durable part. They have a shiny polyester gelcoat finish, and include the 3M sticky tape to mount on the intercooler. They will each be given a production number starting at 2 (we've already sold #1)

Looks like the only difference between the two is the weave in the carbon fiber correct ???

Are all the other prospective pieces going to be made both ways so I can match the weaves ?

Correct. For plain, the cloth is weaved with the pattern going one over, one under. Twill weave (the most popular) has a two under, two over weave pattern.

We will offer the choice for twill or plain so it will be customer choice. We dont expect to see alot of plain weave orders (almost everyone prefers the look of twill), but we wanted to show the plain weave pattern and to show it is available and we can offer it.

We will also be offering choices of hybrid cloth that can be produced in different colors that are available on the market. Red, silver, orange, blue, yellow, green, bronze are some choices. These pieces will however carry a slighter higher price for single order pieces (due to the minimum amount of material needed to order to make one single piece) unless there is enough interest to make a GP for it. So say if you guys want to see red IC covers, start posting

There is also a third variation on cloth pattern we will offer on certain pieces that it can be done. However, I will keep that quiet for now for the suspense factor

#4 (Junior1's) is curing in the mold as I type, we infused the part last night. Excited about this one because we've made a few production changes and really feel like we have this down to clock work now.

Late night last night, but yah the changes we made I think are going to work well. Everything looked great this morn from last night. We'll pull the piece by tonight.
