Changed my mind......

I'm not selling the Sy. I friggin love the damn thing too much to see it go. I had my wife drive it this weekend so I could see it (like you haven't done that before) and it looked frickin sweet lowered with the 315's out back on the GS wheels.

I also installed four new Bilstein shocks and new torsion mounts. Holy crap that make a difference in the ride quality. I mean it feels like a new truck. Took about 2 hours for everything so not too bad. I also noted that the torsion bolts don't have to be removed like the HOW TO site states. Hopefully that helps. Thanks to whomever put the instructions up, it was very helpful.

I'm working on that one. I just need to find a place that won't rape me to do it. I have the time and am not in a total hurry although it will be done by the spring.

Next time you're around, call me. I'd like to pick your brains a bit.

Take care Mike!

i was just there this weekend. I was busy running around though. I'll prolly have some time over thanksgiving weekend - the next time i'll be down that way.

Thank God Im not the only one who likes watching their truck from an outside view. "Hey Mom, go ahead and take my truck to the post office"
The only time i see my truck is when it is sitting still parked.... and even then i question my front/rear ride heights...but when it's rolling... it's all good.

Man I can relate, I bought my first Sy in 1991 brand new. 7 years later I sold it with 41,000 miles. I changed my mind at least 5 times before I actually sold it. But when I watched the guy drive it away,I almost cried! and I'm not kidding.Needless to say I now own another Sy with 28,000 miles. I'll never sell this one.

Owning a Sy makes me want a TY. A ty is much more economical. And comfortable.

I used the wrong word sorry... what's the word i should have used when referring to the more space and peeps you can fit in a ty. Spacious.

Sounds like most of us would like to someday own both a Sy and a Ty. I guess we should all get larger garages... just in case...
