churpy belt

[89s15jimmy]

i got a 89 s15 jimmy 4.3 z engine and i have a squeaky belt for a while now. ive tried gates, goodyear, dayco and now i have a gm belt from thursday. it still churps. i read the tsb on this issue and i have all metal pullys and a new tentioner from the first time it was churping. any other ideas on this issue?

its a regular jimmy not a sy/ty.

Try Pulling Out Power Steering Pump Out A Little Way. It Should Get Quiter The More It Pulls Out

no clutch put a electric fan a long time ago before the squeaky belt.

Check the alignment of your pulley's. You can use one of those cheap dollar store laser pointers to see if they all line up nice & true.
