Think it's 2648, that is the last 4 of the VIN. My buddy Rob bought it new as a leftover in Feb of 1992. It has 15k miles on it and has been in his garage for the last 17 years basically.

has the transfer case been modified to fit the 4l80? or will a adaptor be needed? Believe it needs a different input shaft.

It has an adaptor with it, the transfer case is not stock, I think about $2500 was spent in upgrade by Mike Bell? (I can find out the gentleman's full name) he owns a shop out west that specializes in Ty's and SY's and upgrades. This truck was owned by Rob Stevenson, he went by SycloneRob and FRCRob in his corvette days, he worked for me at Race Part Solutions when we were in FL. He had acquired everything to do a big HP LS swap but the trck was disassembeled and sat in his gargae for the past 15 years or so, I am putting it back to 85% stock, upgraded engine (v6) rebuilt trans and larger turbo ect.
