Re: Cladding

paint & clear coat it and that's the easiest and last special work you will ever do to it besides waxing.

Re: Cladding

I really dont want to paint it as the truck is 28k and all original. I applied wax and buffed it and it looked pretty good, not dark black but good. I washed it yesterday and it went back to faded with water lines. I just applied back to black and it looks darker and no lines.

My question is am I going to need to apply back to black every damn time I wash it or will it eventually not ned it as the back to black will keep soaking in??

Re: Cladding

If you garage your truck, minimal applications. Try it. It will eventually go away but it soaks inside the material and goes right through it. I have only tried this. and am reluctant to try waxes and other compounds.

This is a very wet mix. The application says to buff in for a more desired look. The one pic that "it looks like glass" is it just sprayed on. It will pick up road debris and other dusts/dirts. Perfect for before a show or you want to store your truck for the winter.... treat it with some of ths its 10.95 a can.. should bring the parts back to life. I tested it on other vehicles and what not
