Try 43psi base then adjust the f28 table to get your afr's in line then go back and adjust the startup afr's if it is too lean then

Re: Code59 - Call for bins

Truck runs good at start up on mav's 75 bin but right away it goes 9.0-10.2 then bog , bog , bog , silence ..
starts right up again but repeat same condition above . just noticed my fpr adjuster screw was loose and got up to 60 psi . I plan on lowering it to around 40-45ish but wanted to see if mav had a set psi on his tune .

any suggestions ? I dont want to adjust my fpr so idle is on and have the rest of the table suffer so asking more knowledgeable syty gurus seemed in order . TIA

I can send you my mav bin adjusted by hood and then tweeked a little more. MAV uses alot of alky and little timing. It wasnt very drivable for me. I also had idle issues. I havent put any alky in my tank yet. I raised the timing and still run 22 psi with a peppy tune.

It was great as a base but my truck needed some tuning to run right.

I like mine right now.
Just send me an email to mario65@gmail.com and Ill send it back. I had it on the old code59 site but I couldnt find it.

Re: Code59 - Call for bins

Can someone help me understand how to change my syclone to 3 bar map. I already have a data master from moates just not sure what I'm doing & really do not want to screw my truck up

Datamaster is scanning software and nothing physical. It can read 2 or 3bar MAP sensors.

Code59 requires a 3bar MAP sensor to read/tune correctly. It uses Tunerpro software to tune and scan, as opposed to Datamaster which is just a scan program.

The hardware you'll need for $59 is an emulator (or chip burner), a chip adapter, and logging cable. Datamaster and Tunerpro are software programs.

I am willing to upload the bin that I have, but I am unsure if it is done. I cooked the head gasket in my truck before it was finished. Is it worth it to put this bin up?

I'd wait till you get it finished.... just to make sure someone else doesn't 'cook' a head gasket, if the tune may have contributed.

Once I get the truck back on the road, I'll load up the 60# bin me and Hood have been working on with my truck based off Dig's startup 60 bin.
