Ed,

May I ask why are you hooking up the Ultimate at this time. Why don't you just get the Sy running real good in stock form first before you start playing with the Ultimate?

this was occuring before the ultimate. so used the ultimate and 3barmap sensor as a swap out of the other aftermarket chip and 2bar sensor to eliminate them as the cause.

I wouldn't say"many years of untroubled service from here on out" cause we all know, as soon as you fix one thing, another problems pops up but at least I can enjoy the moment.
