21 is just the number that is PAID.
38 folks are preregistered.
People need to get registered and paid to show their support for the event.
It is by no means FREE to rent out an entire track exclusively for us, nor is it free to have 100+ T-shirts and dash plaques printed, nor is it free to reserve and entire restaraunt for our own group to hold an award ceremony and catered buffet style breakfast.
Dabney Crump has paid for a full registration every year since 01 even though he has not attended. All he asks for is that we continue to plan and hold the event and send him a T-Shirt and dash plaque.
We need more Dabney Crumps.
