been searching some more and ebay looks to have some universal intercooler piping kits and a intercooler pipe for hks blowoff valve. i'm really liking this.

how is the fitment in the core support do you think an extra 2in will be to tall?

What dimension's do you need, height to the core support?
I really like the ones either 4C FED or juicehead9 have going, that way you can plum right into the T/B and not have to do the loop over the top of the engine.

It will fit, but it will be pretty tight.
When I go home this weekend I can take some pics and dimensions. For mine I did have to cut out a bit of the radiator support to fit in the inlet/outlet piping.

I'll also make a note to which lengths of piping and how many silicone adapters I used. I bought the piping kit like in my auction i posted but didnt use each piece.

I hope this is what you need, if not let me know. 13.25" H and 26.25" W, this is the measurement of the cutout give or take a .125"

Quit a bit actually, but nothing in major structural areas.

I should be tackling this myself in a bit. I will be using the aluminium fabricated core support from Chris Keith, so I should have a lot more room to work with. Going to need a bit more intercooler too ;)

Still running the scoop? I wouldn't. That monsterous intercooler is scary enough looking behind the grille. Looks good man :tup:

pete, i like your setup alot.
basicly you bought that intercooler and a bunch of piping and made it work without welding anything?
you care to share how much you have in it?
