There's no backspacing, they were custom made for the truck. And they are Rugotti's

Hey look, a donk.

x2...another noob that thinks he can act like an a$$ to the older members on the board and get respect at the same time.

Don't dish it out if you can't take it, huh? You're the one that posted the pics up so ya left yourself open to opinions, whether good, bad, or otherwise. From what I read in the thread, no one threw out any insults to ya, just what they thought of it. You're the one that threw the insult out there.

that's not a very good way to gain respect around here noob.

& how old are you? Grow up.

I am not an "older member" but neither are you guys. All three of you joined here within 6 months of each other. It cracks me up to see you guys running around calling people noobs when you haven't been here two years yet. I don't call people noobs because it is disrespectful, we were all new at some point.

You have a good point. I agree with you 100%. It is disrespectful to call someone a noob, but this guy was being an ass to someone (Big Smoosh) trying to help him out. Not cool, he had it coming..

They are nice rims/tires,just look too big for the Ty. I always wonder why people would want to raise the center of gravity instead of lowering it, but it's not mine,do as you like. I guess you don't need ramps now to change the oil, just crawl under it.

I actually surprisingly think the wheels look Ok. When I saw 22" rims I was  but I don't think its all That bad. The camaro too looks really nice. I think anything larger that 18s looks ri"donk"ulous but I will say it doesn't look half bad...

However your attitude towards those who don't prefer the look won't get you very far around here. Calling People "haters" is a little immature IMO. Every has their own taste and ideas and I like that did something different but you posted pics to perhaps "show off" and you'll get opinions you don't like. That's how it is.

Granted, I haven't been here two years yet...I apologize for the noob comment and I won't refer to "new members" as noobs anymore. But, I will say that when I was a "new member" on the boards, I didn't disrespect anyone because I wanted to be a part of the community and learn everything I could. To me, it's counter-productive to come on with a bad attitude as a "new member" and expect to be respected and then throw an even bigger attitude and an insult when someone says something you don't like. Of course, not everyone is gonna get along but there is also no need to sink to personal insults...kinda reminds me of two kids playing the "My dad can beat up your dad..." argument. Everyone has their opinions, and everyone else thinks those opinions stink...except their own opinions, of course. :2cents:

I like the look. I can't imagine what the tires would cost...but if you got the funds to build a set o wheels....then money may not tbe a concern. I think even with my small upgarde to 17" ZR1's they look smalll just cause its a truck....like they're the wrong scale. As for doing something different....I'm all for it, That's exactly why I bought my Ty. It's fun to be the only one at the car show(if Krupa don't show)

I guess it's a trade off, worse brake performance, worse engine performance, harder on our already over worked trans, worse ride, worse gas mileage, but you have 22s on a Ty. Good luck with our shitty CA roads
