datamaster help

So, I just did my first datamaster scan and since I'm new at it, I really don't understand all the data entirely. Would someone on here be willing to look at it and translate it for me? I'm a little confused with some of it. I don't know how to post the .uni on here so if you don't mind, I'll email it over to you.
