Hope you have luck getting the claim processed. I do have the best luck with Fedex ground on 90% of what comes to me. And almost 100% of what I ship with them. One of the better Fedex claims I had was a turbo kit came up missing in a NJ hub. They scanned it into the building. For a week they looked for it but it grew legs and dissapeared. About a month later a kid calls, from a fedex number on the caller ID and asks what year car this turbo kit fits. I start asking him questions where he got it and what he putting it on. Didn't get far as he hung up. All the while my claim was in process. I finally get a super on the phone from that hub. He did some investigation and figured out who took the kit. I was paid in a couple days from that point. Had a similar problem with a UPS driver out here. He would deliver car parts to my house and get his buddies to drive through my sub and pick them back up. Least my neighbor watched it happen the one day. I went to the hub and talked to the drivers manager. The very next day the same driver came to my house, with the manager riding shotgun on the route all day, and he had my claim paperwork for me to sign. Guess they had trouble firing him right away. The week before this same smartass driver kept trying to trick me into signing the claim paperwork that I DID recieve all my stuff. Was trying to read the form he had and he kept saying hurry he had to go. Oh the irony of these crooks.
