No,but there was a bracket that was available for all Sy/Ty's from the factory.

Really? Mine had sheetmetal screws from the dealer :doh:

Or you can do what some owner before me did to my 93. Just put screws directly into the bumper cover and make it look like crap.

I am under the impression all trucks came with plates screwed into the bumper, I have never seen another braket but morgans, which ill need in the future
