Door handle clip broke! Help please

I pulled up too hard on my frozen door and snap. The top clip that connects the handle is fine it's the one that connects to the striker in the middle of he door. The problem is the more I take it apart the less the door is functioning. I now can't even close the door! I can't see anything behind the damn window track and I have no idea how to get it all back to work. I searched everywhere, does anyone have a step by step removal and repair video or pics? Please help me out here, thanks in adavance!

Yes! I would love to hook up....I'm in long valley close to schooleys mountain road. I assume you've worked on these doors before?

Chances are you are going to have to remove the door panel at a minimum to get to the plastic clip(s) that hold on the actuator rods. One end of the clip snaps into the latch and the other end snaps onto the actuator rod. Easy peasy... This thread here will help with removing the door panel. You can buy an assortment of the plastic clips in the "Help" section at any of the chain stores. HTH's
