Reminds me of the one in Miami that Brian Cox had except I think "Typhoon" was in gold on the seats...? :drinking: Why doesn't the grille color not white? I thought only the wht/gry had a non-white grille? WTF do I know, I'm down w/black

That would have looked really sharp I think, if they would have just stopped after the seats.
The door panels, rear inserts, console lid and shifter boot just make it gaudy :(

Nah, I think its a '92 thing. I know the "Duck" has a black grill and around the headlights is either black or argent gray to match the cladding, I forget now.

The fitment of that kit looks decent IMO. Not perfect, but close enough. I would drive it.

You can purchase kits from almost anywhere (Ebay, vendors galore, etc.).

Katzkin is a brand that I have heard people use a lot. I have heard the leather is medium quality at a medium price. You can always get better, but it is more expensive.

I have seen a lot of people order from a place called importsxtreme.com or maybe extreme.com with an e, but anwyay, this one guy visits a forum called www.twinturbo.net and his name is aspendog on there. I guess he makes the kits. That particular forum is for 90+ Z32 300ZX, and 300ZX Twinturbo (specializing in). He has sold kits to a lot of members on that site. I wonder if he could somehow make them for Typhoons.

They look alright, but I agree with Morgan, a little overkill. I'd probably like charcoal inserts better.

I dont like it, white gets to dirty to fast. I see alot of import guys do it cause it looks nice at a show but if you are wearing a tank top and sweat, ooooh its dirty and nasty!!

I guess that interior didn't bother all those bidders that much. I agree that it is a bit overkill though.

on ebay if you set your max bid and some one bids it below thatyour bid increases and you don't see that bidders name, only the current bidder.

I search e-bay all the time for these thrucks and I was curious about the interior of that one also. Was white interior available? I also noticed that the ruffeled side panels are also white. If it is not factory they sure made the effort to make it look like it came that way. How would you keep white leather clean? I looks cool but, no thanks.

No

From my understanding, its actually pretty easy if you have the stuff to do it.

Leather cleaner, just like you keep tan or black or any other leather clean.

I dont think it looks that bad. I do agree about the door panels, the shifter boot kinda looks cool, maybe without the door panels, it wouldnt be as obtrusive.

On the other hand, white seats are never good unless you're like my father-in-law. His '71 Challenger has a full white interior, so he always keeps two white towels in the trunk that he puts on the seat(s) anytime he drives it.
