engine cut out almost got it

Well i need some help again...there is a sensor on the turbo directlly to the left of the ac compressor,,there are two nipples that come off of it for vacum lines,,one is connected and the other below has nothing on it,,any of you guys know what it goes to ,,,thanks

the other one is just a breather. they usually have a little foam filter on them from the factory but they get torn off after a couple years.
