Engine doesn't want work PLEASE ADVISE!!!

Hi everybody!

The problem is - the engine is starting normally and works normally but
while pushing accelerator pedal and it stalls immediately on about 3
th. engine rpm, thus black smoke is wallow up from exhaust. We have
changed detonation indicator - it does not work, returned standard
injectors - does not works. Hey, folks advise what's goes
wrong. The car does not works even on standard chip module. :squint:

Modifications made:
Pistons changed to forged, valves to forged,
new camshaft - Comp-Cams, repaired standard turbine Mitsubishi,
replaced injectors to delphi capacity #38, new oil pump with
increased capacity, cranckshaft polished up, enforced bearings, gaskets
replaced to Viktor reinz, cat-back replaced with Race proven motors,
heads - were installed Vortec's.

hows the timing? if its a little off it will start but wont stay on under acceleration

do you have the correct chip to run larger injectors and vortec´s?

Mine did that when my fuel pump was going bad. It would start and idle fine, but as soon as stepped even lightly on the accelerator it would sputter and stall. The pump was making a high pitched whining noise as well. Mine was a Walbro255 pump that went bad - it lasted me 5 years so it wasn't faulty. I put another Walbro255 back in - works fine now.

Now there is the standart chip. We have tried to tune a chip, but had no effect. Unfortunately...

Timing? What do you mean timing?

timing of the spark plugs - the firing order etc.

Now there is the standart chip. We have tried to tune a chip, but had no effect. Unfortunately...

This is the entire problem.... the chip isn't tuned for the injectors properly. Not to say that there aren't possibly other problems, but this would cause the issues you describe.

Also... 38# Delphi injectors is an unfamiliar thing over here. You might want to consider an alternate set of injectors, and a chip made for them.
