I finally got my sy back together, put it back to stock. Only things I changed were 1.6 ratio rocker arms, adj fuel pressure reg. 3 bar map, and turbo tweak chip. no cat, Running stock turbo and stock injectors.
As soon as I start to get under boost the ses starts blinking, notifying me of engine knock over 5 degrees. I've bled the intercooler and double checked just about everything and I can't seem to figure out whats causing it.
I checked the waste gate rod when I installed the turbo, and it was right in spec. I have fuel set at 45 psi. Timing set at 0 . My brothers stock ty with a cat feels more powerful. He has a cone air filter but I can't believe it makes that much of a difference. Any help would be appreciated.
