yea its on my to do list. I'm about to send in a batch to the waterjet...i'll try to include these in the run.

would you want stainless? mild?

well i haven't made them yet...but its just 2 different shields, but mirrors of each other for pass/driver side right? I have some somewhere, i'll see if i can find them tonight. I might have even already cad'd them but forgot about them...not sure. :lol:

I'll get them queued up next week, should see them the week after. Don't worry about $ just yet, as i have no clue what they'll cost to make.

Its is actually 3 different shields, the single sparkplug is the same on both sides, but 1 of my spares has a slight bend in the right bolt hole. The double spark plug shield are different, they are mirrors of each other :tup:.

i can't find them. i might have pitched them becuase i know some got very mangled upon uninstall.

If someone can send me a set that'd be great. you'll get a discount. let me know!

I found 2 out of 4, looking for the other two tonight. a little bent up, but totally usable if someone "needs" them.

I have them cut and ready to bend. I'm just trying to figure out how best to bend them. Hopefully a couple trips through a slip roll will do the trick, but it's going to be a tricky piece to make.

Well the ones that i am making are stainless and a little thicker than the stockers, so they'll last and not rot like the $2.50 ones. Is it economically viable? (asks the guy that ships his typhoon over the pond a couple times... :lol: )

Even if they were to cost $40 for a set, wouldn't that make more sense than replacing them a few times at $16/set? Plus Ken can polish them. :tup:
