It would be a good place, but they already run most Fri, Sat, and Sundays. Friday is their street legal night. Bob was at the Pocono Drag Lodge Reunion last satruday, promoting his track. I've never heard anybody say a bad word about him. He's a lot better owner, then the last guy, that had the track. I know people the last guy still owes money to. Numedia does a nice job of prepping their track for street legal night, something that I can't say for Maple Grove, which is the other track in the area. The guys I go with to the tracks, run almost half a second slower on street night, then a normal race day due to the lack of track prep. MG is loaded with imports on most street nights.
Do you have any connections at Islands? If it was a pocono meet, that would be the closest rack, I know they have zoning restrictions as to when they can run, but have no idea how strict they are
Numedia is about as far West as I'd be willing to go. (but who the hell am I to decide? :lolThe owner of that track, Bob DiMino, is a cool dude and loves to accommodate. I've never been to that track but I'm in the drag racing business and I've heard a lot of good things about the track and the owner/management. Only downfall is the elevation of that track makes it quite a bit slower than most of the other tracks in the Northeast. It's about 2-3 tenths slow....
