LOL those are the good times.

I sold the pocket bike back about 2 months ago becaue it was in the way in the garage and i keep knocking it over trying to step over it. Hell the last time it was cranked was at the nationals in 09.

I am sure we can get into some more type of trouble on our own even with out it.

Hell if i canget the big bike sold the wife gave me the go ahead on a shifter cart. LOL now that is going to be fun. The wife got me a Go Pro for my birthday so between mine and adams am sure we will be able to get alot of good videos and shots.

Alright, I'm inspired. Working on the chopper next week. Got the 18hp motor on it, just have to figure out sprockets. Might even toss the 10hp shot on it that killed the original motor.

I've had several GAST members email me preferring Silver Dollar, so more than likely, that's where it'll be. I've also had a couple of people want to see the event in mid-November, so Nov 4-6th or 11-13th are the likely choices. The 4-6th will be during the middle of the Silver Dollar FInals and the National Dragster Challenge, so we'll likely opt for the 11-13th (the Import Showdown is Sat. afternoon, so it'd be fun to go run some imports).

Still hashing out details and checking track/hotel availability, so stay tuned. :tup:

I am scheduled to race a cadilac ctsv at road atlanta on the morning of October 15th. I think I could drag Joe and a few other TN guys along if it were in Atlanta or north., but don't base it off us attending. It would on be a 50/50 chance at best that we would make it anyways.

Please do it at silver dollar! My truck won't make it motor is not done yet but I could possibly get my buddy to bring his chevy luv that have a supercharged bowtie block brodix heads odd fire v6. Runs low 9s. If your end to 4.3's it's one of the best sites you'll see. Oh yeah with no cage in it.

I think Ive seen that truck before at past meets we've done at Silver Dollar....

Okay, I'm gonna go ahead an announce the event as being held in Reynolds, GA at Silver Dollar Raceway. I'll put another thread up with a poll for dates, but I'm kinda leaning towards the first weekend in December. Gotta call and make sure the track will be open for that date, but it should be. More to come.

Well, it's sucks but due to the fact that time is just too short and almost every GAST member I've contacted has a conflict with the available dates, I'm gonna shart-can this meet. We'll roll it over to the Spring and I'll give a better planning period for it then. Now, get in the garage and get your junk ready to attend in.....7 months.
