Everyone welcome but please post if you plan to stop by so
I can get an idea how many to expect. I may try to have
some food and such available... BYOB.

I have a map available or can give you directions... they are
really very simple. 2 left turns and 1 right from major Hwy.
PM me if you need them.

Looks like I should make it.

Should I invite some other local SyTy's?

It will prolly be me n the wife in the SS and maybe Rick and Kevin (The 2 Sys that went to Nats with us), but they'll prolly just come together in one Sy.

Well, it looks like it's going to be a decent turnout. I guess I'll temporarily post some directions. Everyone is invited and feel free to invite fellow SY/TY/SoGT owners as well. RHINO...You are invited too, someday you may join the family.

I'll have some food, nothing major, but none the less there'll be something here to eat. BYOB or whatever you want to drink. Wouldn't hurt to bring some chips or something too. I have filtered water/ice and possibly a case or two of cheap cola. Sorry guys, being the first summer in this house I don't have a BBQ yet. I guarantee next years gatherings here will be more elaborate. Anyway....

Here's the directions.... Copy them down I am removing them Monday afterward.
Reguardless where you are coming from, if you live in the StLouis area you should be familiar with Hwy64 into Illinois so I'll start there. The outer loop Hyw 255 will cross 64 about 8 miles from St Louis on the Illinois side if you are coming from the South County/Edwardsville areas..

Once on 64 E you'll need to take EXIT 14 O'Fallon
Left turn from the exit over the Hwy (you'll be on Rt 50 east)
(if you were Westbount toward StL on 64 this will be a RIGHT)

Follow about 3 miles all the way through town PAST the High School (and McDonalds)
You'll see HEART grocery store on left..... The NEXT light will be SEVEN HILLS RD.
Go LEFT 1/2 mile to PEPPERIDGE DR.
Make a RIGHT and I'm about 4 houses down on the right
#1313... I'll have the GT's in the yard

This should be easy enough directions to follow, but just in case... I have a map that I can Email to you if you feel you'll need it. You can also PM me for a ph#

If anyone is interested in group pictures with trucks, there is park just down the street which should provide a decent backdrop. Just an idea. Well, I think that's it. If there is anything else you want to know just holler I'll try to answer before you head out.

Well, let me be the first to say that it was great getting a few board members together from the StLouis area. I met a couple new faces and put personalities with usernames. I know it wasn't much and some of you drove a little ways, but if we have another one it'll probably be int he park just down the road. We can make it an all out BBQ if we want. Another thanks for a little more info about my truck. There's a very slim chance that I'll be able to test drive it before the first snowfall. Probably not but my hopes are up.

Pretty good turnout Jon!!! Sorry I couldn't bring my truck but as you could tell I had babysitter issues... I was really looking forward to meeting Jason; pictures do not do his Ty justice: that is one sweet Ty. But since I'm just around the corner, if you ever need a hand just give me a shout!!!

Was definetly a good time, i wish i would of shown up a little bit sooner. It was good to finally put a face to everyones name, and hopefully we can do that again soon

Thanks for having us Jon.
I will get you the cliff notes of the stuff we picked up on looking over your puzzle Sy.

It was good seeing some old friends and meeting a few of the new owners in the area.

3 Typhoons, 2 Syclones, 2 SGts and a Sy-Clone.
Not a bad turnout for short notice and meeting on the "wrong" side of the river. ;)

Next time we'll get a shelter at a park and make a day of it.

Big thanks to Jon. It was great to finally get to meet some of you guys. Getting to see some of those great rides got me going on getting the Sy back on the road.

BTW, the black S10 Clone is up for sale, just found a new house and as they say...eveything must go (except the Sy of course). :D

Yea, it was a good turn out eventhough it was, as you say "the wrong side of the river". It was the "correct" side for at least 3 of us. Some of you didn't know but there was another TY there in disguise. Tony (TNT) thanks for stopping by. Wold have been nice to see the TY again but I'm sure I'll have plenty of opportunities for that. I'm definately up for the next one in the spring. Just keep me informed and I'll be there.
