Date = May 25th-27th
Now, what hotel (same one I assume)? If so, we may need to go ahead and book this thing up. Wasn't that a Days Inn right off 95? We're still need to look for a good location, trying to find something more family/friend oriented so they dont have to watch us fix adam's truck or beg hood for some tuning time.
Last weekend was a bust, crazy weather. If we dont settle on something this weekend I think we'll just default to the same place as last year.

Yeah, that's def not the best location for family entertainment. If there's a better locale, I'm all for it. Although, there were 2 good things about last year's hotel:
1) - Right off I-95, so it's hella easy to find and makes it really easy to tow a trailer to (like we did with the '92 Syclone last year).
2) - Fantastic back road behind it for doing some test runs.
Aside from that, it's just a place to sleep and park.

I promise there wont be any fixing my truck this year.
The only part of my truck that is making it to the meet is my tranny to do the handoff and get it to Waller. :tup:
I got everything out so far except the trans. Everything is unhooked (shift cable, TC, fuel line bracket, etc) just need to remove the remaining 3 bolts to the motor (got the easy ones out already) and drop out the x-member.
my new loves are epoxy coated floors (easy cleanup), my air compressor, a new atv/motorcycle floor jack that works damn good for a trans/xfer case jack, and my new air rachet. the new garage in the new house is no longer a virgin to wrenching.

if i can get some more free time, yeah i can help. this is the 4th time (previous was 2 rebuilds, 1 TC swap that forced me to drop the trans) on my truck, so its getting easier and quicker each time..... dont think im up to christians speed yet though.

Thanks to Mrs.SyTyArchives, ive got a big list of hotels and surroundings that she checked in on for us and got some pricing.
Ian and I probably will go crusing around this weekend and find some parks to hang out and open roads for late night test/tune.
I'll get a hotel listing up soon for everyone to check out and get a vote on where we want to go.
