Who has the Fastest Typhoon with stock heads/cam? Always wondered who it was. I know Frank is fastest stock block.

I have no idea who has run the fastest stock long block in a Typhoon. If I had to guess its high 11's. The time to beat in a Syclone is Phil Longs 10.9 with a small shot N2O or 11.1 w/o N2O.
