I like how this thread is going. My truck even from a 20 mph roll will take that viper ! ! ! As for stock trucks, well....I would have to say that the syclone (stock) would take the viper accross the intersection then the viper would come on past. But, stock, come-on, I can't leave anything stock :lol:

I'll take the bet. By this date in March of 06, you're truck will not have gon 6.99 or faster in the 1/8th with you driving it. The truck must remain in it's current configuration, with no more than $100 in upgrades between now and then.

There must be a video of you getting into your truck, driving to the line, and then running a 6.99 or faster. The numbers must appear on the score board, or the camera must ride with you to the time slip booth. No cutting or editing the video, one constant shot.

I don't want to bet anything big, cause I don't know you or shit about your truck, but how's $100 sound? Let's find a non-interested third party and we'll both paypal him/her $100 right now, today. If your truck run's the time, the third party will PP you the money. If March 15th of 06 rolls around and you haven't seen the 6's, I get the cash.

Remember, the truck has to remain in it's current configuration. No tire swaps, no adding new parts, the same as it is now.

We gotta deal?

Are you high? Of course the truck will have other parts added. I have to tune this in completely, get the ALKY tuned in and added back to the truck, Adjustible boost controller back in. I will still be running street tires though. All other mods are already installed. As for everything else. I have nothing to prove to you. I will hit the 6.9's then I will start going lower from there. This will all be Spring/summer '06. Hope to catch up with you at the NATS.

To be fair to will, the tracks around here does not open up till mid march. I would think june would be a fairer date. That being said a 6.99 1/8 is very STOUT!!!

6.99 is not a 10.90 pass...... 6.81 is a 10.99 he could do it 6.99 is like a 11.18 plus or minus a few. i think its possible

Hey man nice run. I raced one back Aug or Sept and he beat me but by the time he did we were too far out for anyone to really tell. I took him for a while. Bad ass car thoguh. I had all the ricers givin me thumbs up.....Im thier hero I guess.

NICE ! ! ! I would like to have one though. Well not a new one but a 96' Blue w/white stripe GTS couple. Now thats a nice look'in car :tup: One day I will have one. I think there were only 1100 of those built though. Still in the $30-32K range though.

I like the older ones myself ocer the new ones. The new ones are nice but the older ones have a more muscualr appearance to me IMO. Even if I had the $ to blow I still wouldnt buy a Viper just cause its a Dodge. I hate Dodge. Ild rather spend the bucks on a TTLFPC5. But those Vipers are nice though. So far its the only Viper Ive gotten to play with. One time aboiut a year ago I was on my way home and caught a guy at a light nad motioned for him to roll down the windoe. I asked him if he want4ed to race a 13 year old truck and he looked my TY over and gave me a thumbs up and said hey man its really nice to see one of those actually running. I wanted to beat the guy down but he kinda had a point.
