Fixed 1 problem leads to 2 more code errors.

I've always had code 32 and 33. I did a pressure test and assumed it was due to my leaky tb by the tps arm so i'm about to send my tps out to Matt Blum.
Most annoying this about all this is that before I took it to the shop for ac work it was doing 12psi even with my tps being max 60%. Now it did a max of 5 and since then can only do 1 or 2 psi. I've checked my ic connections and they are good!! :(
I had a problem where the vacuum hose to the FPR came off causing the truck to surge and CEL to come on. Since then i've reconnected the vacuum hose. CEL/surging gone.
However thats has lead me to two other errors. I've recently pulled my gas pedal back away from the floor as I was only getting 60% tps now I can get 100%. I also had a AC r134 conversion done and the mechanics were messing around with the truck cuz they didn't find the FPR hose that had come off getting the truck to surge.
Code 35 IAC and 43 ESC/knocksensor I have no idea what the abbreviations mean so could really use some help understanding the lingo here..
I replaced the iac less than 500 miles ago so.... not sure wtf is going on..
Code 35 IAC error..
1. Coolant temperature is greater than or equal to *KIACWARM*. -wtf?
2. Malfunction Code 21, 22 or 24 are not being detected. -err ok never seen those on before
3. Throttle position is zero. - not sure what this has to do with it as i have to stop the log in order to see the error codes and dont know when they came on
4. The magnitude of the desired idle speed minus the actual idle speed is greater than
*KKIADIAG*.-wtf?
5. Conditions 1 thru 4 have been present for a period of time greater than
*KK35TIME*.-wtf?
Once Malfunction Code 35 has been detected, it will not be reset until one of the conditions 1
thru 4 above no longer exist. If *KK3STIME* is set to a value of 255, the associated timer will
have a infinite value.

Onto the next problem I've always noticed my knock sensor worked like this.
A. Drive truck around normally it reads a low number
B. go WOT it reads a high number
c. let go of gas and continue driving normally it would come back down but never reach the original A. number
So I assume thats just the way the knock sensor works and it's not a sign that it's going bad or anything??

CODE 43 esc error

Condition 1
1. The Knock A/D counts are greater than or equal to *KKM43ATH* or less than or
equal to *KKM43ATL*.-wtf?
2. M43ATIME is greater than *KK43ATIM*.-wtf?
Condition 2
1. The Knock AID counts are greater than or equal to *KKM43ATH* or less than or
equal to *KKM43ATL*.-wtf?
2. The ESC input signal has been in the logic low state for a period of time greater than
*KKESCP* during 3.9 second clock internal .-wtf?
Malfunction code 43 logic shall be executed once every 3.9 seconds.-mmm ok not sure it applies
Malfunction Code 43 logic will be disabled when the ESC input signal has been in the logic low
state for a period of time less than or equal to *KK£SCP* during 3.9 second clock interval.- not sure this applies...

Really appreciate any help I can get here guys I can't wait to see the day of no more @#$#@$ CODES!

Re: Fixed 1 problem leads to 2 more code errors.

first off,....

did you set your timing to 0 with the brown wire disconnected??

is your brown wire connected now under the dash???

Code 35 IAC and 43 ESC/knocksensor I have no idea what the abbreviations mean so could really use some help understanding the lingo here..

iac is the idle air controller

esc is the electronic spark controller, located on the computer under the dash, piggybacked on top.
it's white.

The shop might have messed with my timing but I didn't do anything.. I'll have to ask them.
By brownwire under the dash you mean closer to the fuse box or closer to the pcm plug in? *btw where is the ecu located on these trucks?

Re: Fixed 1 problem leads to 2 more code errors.

ecm is located behind the glovebox, under the dash.

1. 7mm bolt holds it in. then it slides out.

2. brown wire...... open pass door, look at carpet in upper right hand corner of footwell.

pull carpet back from top down, look at firewall/ footwell. see a little brown wire, with a black connector??? CAREFULLY!! disconnect it.

now check the timing with a timing light. set at 0

then reconnect brown wire, and replace carpet :D

hope this helps.

Not quite sure what this would have to do with making 2 psi max...... What will this routine solve?

sorry just addressing one part of your problem.

this is tell tale of a vac line being knocked off, or taken of to create more repair work for the repair shop.:(

check all vac lines twice!! this is most likely the reason you cant make boost.

Your right found a completely missing tbolt clamp! Unbelievable! What does resetting the brown wire part do again? Which code would it address?
