Newley painted cladding and polished wheels......opened my box of goods that I got back from the chrome shop.....covers and atr dp wich turned a cool lookin blue after I ran it!:rotf:

Look at this old junk Typhoon that my buddy bought in 1996 and blew up in 2000...it set in his field until spring of 2006 when he decided to toss a 400 inch sbc with some 867 heads, devinci carb with t400 w/transbrake........it ran a best of 11.666 that day and was put back to rest in a field...lol.

on the truck getting parted out ... the story i've heard is that the guy that bought the truck from ryan a few years ago had a hard time with keeping the truck running good and loss the transmission at one point. he tried selling the truck in poor running condition with no luck . he then became hard up for cash for some reason and parted out the engine / trans . parts ended up in board members hands . luckly when i came across this ty , it still had in the back of truck,, crossmembers & driveshafts , full atr exhaust and ryans custom chromed atr downpipe !!! i think i made out like a bandit , i traded a basket case 70 chevelle w/o engine or trans. for it to a buddy that buy's and wholesales cars. he found the ty at auction and i bumped into him that day . we worked a deal right then !

I was told, from the parter outer, that he was going through a divorce and didn't want her to have the TY as she was demanding it. I got my hands on the trans a few months before I got engine stuff. The majority of the engine is now sitting between my frame rails. Trans is stripped down and in spare parts bins I keep around for rainy days. When I saw the truck mostly in one piece I was very impressed at good white gray looks. In pics it just doesn't appeal to me but in person, different story. It was a very nice truck. Hopefully Jeff and get it somewhere. Let me know if you ever need any help Jeff. You can ask Danny, Im good for it.

thanks mike ! if you want to help you can steal abes exhaust manifolds and crossover from him for me j/k ! i plan on helping danny finishing the engine swap out for the syclone in the couple day's . we'll all have to get together soon .
