I bought some q-forms and a subwoofer and box from mr nurse. The seller said shipping was to high for the subwoofer box and i did not have any extra cash so i told the seller to refund me the 100 dollars for the subwoofer. the seller kept my money and shipped the the subwoofer without the box which is usless to me and kept my 100 dollars which i paid for both. this guy said he did not have a job and needed the money. i guess a bad economy leads to people like him ripping others off.
BEWARE OF MRNURSE HIS IS A THIEF AND A LIAR!!!!

I see that DAWGTUFF is trying to make me look bad, but the truth is I had tried to contact DAWGTUFF on numerous occasions and he failed to reply. Look at my trader posts...I am not like that...I offered to refund him the money for the sub but it would not have been 100 as he shorted me on his payment to begin with and the deal was for the q forms plus shipping. I had others interested and saved this merchandise for him so was I needing money bad enough that I would screw him over...NO or I would have sold it locally to someone who wanted....SEE the original post.
To write this and imply that I am a thief is "LIBEL".

i am just posting about the transaction i had with you so others dont lose money to you like i did. you are correct in saying that you said you would refund me like we agreeded on but you sent me a sub without a box anyway and kept my money. how is that my fault? you have my money and you are not willing to do anything to make this right. In the last pm you sent me you said you were not going to respond to anymore of my pm's. you say i am the bad guy. if you want to make this right send me the box which i paid you for.

Yeah I 2nd this!! I bought some things off of him as well and spoke with him several times. Very nice guy! Transaction went VERY smooth.

here is the pm message ( below ) where he said he would refund me the money for the sub because of the high shipping. as you can see he did not do what he said he would and kept the money and shipped the sub without the box when i cearly said i did not want just the sub. yeah he was very nice up until he decided to rip me off. all i want is the box so i paid for so i can use the subwoofer but he is not willing to make this right and someone has convinced himself that this is all my fault

ok, i listed the kick panels for 150 plus shipping and was going to make a deal for buying both the sub and kick panels. I received only 252.16 of the orriginal 265. I am not asking for any more money if you will acept the speaker out of the box, as the shipping for the box is what is causing the shipping to be double what was expected.

if you only want the kick panels, I will refund you the difference (252.16 minus 150 plus shipping) tomorrow.

Yes I am not responding to his PM's because he filed a claim against me on Paypal before he contacted me for any resolution. Those who have dealt with me and my friends on SyTy know that I am not like that.

What he does not say here is that he did not respond before I shipped. This was one of three PM's....I sent him a PM on Thursday morning stating that I would be shipping the items without the box that afternoon if he did not respond...Guess What? He did not respond til Friday and I informed him that it had been sent. Today is Monday and now he has complaints. The box isn't worth the extra 25.00 to ship it....Some wood, nails, fiberglass and material to cover it. He got over $450.00 worth of merchandise for $260.00. I wanted $300.00 plus shipping and gave it to him for $265.00...Oh wait he only sent $260.00 and when I told him that he was short he said sorry my wife spent some of my Paypal money....he did not offer to send the $5.00 he shorted me not to mention for accepting Paypal I only got $252.16

I think Fraud/Thief might be jumping the gun just a bit my friend.

Where is the original ad for the subwoofer and box>?
All I see is the ad for the MB Quarts and the door pods along with some tools.
($150 sounds like a heck of a deal on MB Quarts alone much less with Qforms included!)

Secondly, it sounds like the shortcomings are on both sides.
MrNurse did not receive all the funds as agreed to
and
MrNurse did not ship the additional subwoofer box due to additional shipping costs that you did not approve in a timely manner.

Perhaps he should have continued waiting at your graces, even though he informed you of his urgency to get his cash accounted for.

So I would say to easily resolve this issue, DAWGTUFF, you should pay the actual shipping on the sub box and call it a day.
MrNurse, Kevin, was already short changed in the original payment.

Just make this easy on everyone and own up to it and get on with life.
No one was out to cheat steal or defraud you for a measily speaker box.

i work for a living and have a family to take care of so i cant spend my days on the computer waiting for pm's like im doing today. i dont know how to build a box so yes it is worth having it shipped to me. I guess we both can accept some of the blame for me not being online and you being trigger happy to ship. i will send the money for the box and move on with my life

I had guys post crap about me before ever calling me and trying to resolve issue and guess what they looked like the "FOOL" just you look like now.

Funny Shit is i bought a non-wiper back glass off Ebay for $50.00 shipped and the guy shipped it to me and when it got here the glass was in pcs in the box. I heard it when i went to move it. So i message the guy and he starts saying i broke it and all this crap. Back and forth for 3 or 4 weeks and then i call UPS and guess what he filed a claim the week i got it for a broken delivery and he got $100.00 bucks for the claim and sent me nothing.

Just remember on this board you need to post all the proof of your conversations and messages so we can all be the judge.

Well also MRNurse if you want Paypal Fees added you most post that in your ad. That wasn't anywhere in the orginal post. This post looks like it states $150.00 plus shipping for the boxes and the speakers. So case in point would be about $50.00 bucks each box to ship it.......Not sure what happened after this becasue no discussion in public on the thrread.

even though I do not have my syclone anymore......pause a moment for the saddness that I am going through.....I have made some friends on here that I respect and expect to continue the friendships with. One day I hope to return to this community, not just as a member but as an owner...again. I have no intentions and have never had intentions to get one over,screw, cheat, or steal from anyone. I have received items for either really on the cheap or even free. and I have also done the same for others. this is not a market place for me but a medium to conact fellow car guys.

Been Really Busy Steve.

Taking Typhoon over to the body shop so i can get my final price on the work for the roof and when i return i will dig that out of the cabinet, box and print a shipping label and have it in the mail today for you to try out.

it seems we may have this issue resolved. mr nurse said he will ship the box. i am waiting to hear back from him.

after i started this tread the seller agreed to ship the box to me. the seller has not contacted me about shipping the box to me. he said he was working and i have not heard from him since. This guy is dishonest and intended to scam me from day 1 of this transaction.
