Re: Front and Rear Driveshaft Safety loops

I have 6 sets of driveshaft safety loops left. These will be the last ones that I make until next year.

I can discount shipping by $10 if two sets are shipped to the same location.

Re: Front and Rear Driveshaft Safety loops NOW $165 a Set

Guys,

I've made the decision to sell off the balance of the safety loops for the year.

I have 5 sets left. New price:

Front and rear delivered in the lower 48 $165

I'm not going to make any more this year.

Two sets to the same address, $310

These are now on E-Bay (one set sold)

Biketrix,

If you want this set let me know. There is another party interested, but you had first dibs on this last set.

Hey Phil,

If Biketrix, doesn't take it I will, and will need a total with shipping to Canada before payment can be sent.

Thanks guys, Last unit is now sold.

As mentioned in a previous note, with interest in at least 8 more, I will build additional units.

The cost of these will be $180 for a set, shipped to the lower 48

Shipping to Canada is about $210 total.

Since I am now unemployed (after 29 years), I may need to have them prepaid in order to build them.

Re: Front and Rear Driveshaft Safety loops

do you have to take the prop out to install this or is there room to get to it under there without taking it out?

I'll post up some of the pictures I have of what happens if a stock front driveshaft breaks:

Here's one that show the aftermath of the damage to the floorpan. (the area that looks white, has been hammered out from the inside of the cab)

This loop was installed after his stock front shaft broke. Note damage to floor.

Nope it just clamps around the cross member and the plate that completes the loop is bolted/pinched in place.

I would be interested in one of these kits if you do get the interest in them to make more. Keep me posted, if you would. Thanx!
