What supports the front cover, I know its a metal support, but is it ty specific? Mines a little bent and I want to replace it.
Thanks

Re: Front bumper question

they can be bent quite a bit and still straightened out. Just if it looks like this don't try it.

If you don't straighten it, sell your cover and buy a fiberglass piece... not much more than a new support and a lot lighter :2cents:

scrap it but cut off the brackets and bond them to your fiberglass cover

I got the one piece bonded f-glass cover. Didn't need to salvage the brackets (there wasn't enough left anyway  )
you can see them at the left.

Is this one from Paul

I don't remember seeing the aluminum fog light bracket on it and why the zip ties on the indicators

yes it is. The fog bracket is my creation because I used 2nd gen fog lamps which had different mounts. The zip ties were a matter of preference. I didn't really like the mounting tab angles on that particular support, so I used the zipties instead. They hold the lights nice, tight and flush  . probably will replace them with aluminum straps eventually
