Anyone know the part numbers for the o-rings on the fuel lines (brown) and the small black ones on the steering box-to-pump line? and where to get them, thank you.

Gary - I know the AFPR uses one of those small brown o-rings. I ended up getting a bag of them at the hardware store. Not sure if the fuel lines themselves use the same size or what not, but it's worth a try. Take your old one with you to match it up.

Yeah, Napa wouldn't be a bad idea. Otherwise, try the hardware store and find the miscellaneous drawers where they have nylon washers, e-clips, o-rings, etc. When you find the right ones, put a drop of motor oil on them before reassembly. Have fun with your "brown rings" ha ha

Re: fuel and steering o-rings.

I'm looking for the fuel o-rings on the lines going to the fuel rail and AFPR right now. Using a rubber or nylon o-ring from the hardware store isn't the right part. They need to be made of viton. I'm having trouble finding the exact size of them though. Might just have to order a bag of every size from Summit.

If you are asking about the small o-rings ontop of the intake(rear by distibutor) I just bought some from g.m last week
#;s were:

22514722- Seal o-ring $1.48
22516256 Seal $1.25

not sure if that's what you were asking for.

Ok thanks for the info Norm. I also just found on old post that says they are 16mm/8AN and 14mm/6AN.

This is correct. If you used rubber rings from a hardware store you need to replace them unless you like engine fires.

What about the o-rings on the fuel lines coming out of the sender in the tank? I think there's two on there and this post might help someone looking for replacements.

Re: fuel and steering o-rings.

If you're in a Saturday/Sunday pinch and the GM dealer is closed, Advance Auto sells yellow bubble-pack "Dorman Quick Disconnect"-brand fuel injection O-rings in an assortment that includes sizes that fit our application. I was surprised how costly these fuel-compatible O-rings are, but nobody wants a fuel leak.
