There is not one specific answer to your question. You should tune your fuel pressure based on some form of performance measurement while monitoring knock.
To start, some like to run rich, then tune the fuel down to its optimum setting.
With your Mods, I would likely start somewhere around 55 psi with the vacuum line off and capped. Optimum may be 50 psi, but you will never know until you tune it in. Think of a radio not quite tuned into your favorite channel. You may be able to hear the tunes but they sound crappy. A tweek on the knob gets a nice clear stereo sound. Well that basic concept applies to our trucks.
