Fuel Pump

Looking for a fuel pump (most likely a Walbro 255). I have been doing searches and have found the issues with Chinese knock-off pumps and ones that come with hose that's not meant to be submerged in fuel and comes apart.
My question is where's the best place to get a kit with a pump built in 'Merica! and with the correct hose?
Thanks.

Re: Fuel Pump

Thanks for the suggestions. I ordered a pump and hotwire kit from Racetronix. They seemed to be the only one that has them in stock right now.

What handful of issues does this solve? I'm just curious.....I've seen them but never heard about any issues they solve.

Re: Fuel Pump

If you just swap the pump with a Walbro they draw more amps, and the factory size ecm B fuse can blow. The Hotwire kit has its own dedicated inline fuse and takes nearly all the load off the original fuel pump relay that in most trucks is 22 years old by now. It also provides more voltage to a performance pump. On my truck I saw an increase of over a volt at the pump. More voltage=more volume from the pump.
