Fuel resistant in-tank connections?

So I'm doing a Walbro pump, and I need to make the splice inside the tank to the new harness for the new pump (right?). I got a kit without any splices in it, I'm assuming I can't use regular splices, so where do I get these at? Do I use solder and gas resistant heat shrink? or?

Anyone?

The Walbro kit from Racetronix includes the adapter harness. It may be available from them separate.

I've got the harness, just need to make the in-yank connection.

If you have the adapter harnes you're set. You don't need anything else. One end plugs into the sending unit the other plugs into the pump.

But the harness from APE and others is just a bare ended harness with crimp connectors. I don't think even Racetronix offers a pump-sending unit Walbro harness.

pretty sure the kit I got from racetronix was plug and play. No crimping necessary. However one of the walbro knock-off kits I got from eBay years ago had to be crimped. I just used regular butt connectors and they worked fine for the few years I had it.

Nevermind... I stand corrected. They do offer a pigtail harness. But my concern is what I have, not what I wish I had.
