That is another thing, the truck does not start right away any time, I actually have to pump the gas to get it to start, it is almost like it is losing prime? Forgot to mention that.

Did you check your fuel pressure? (per Mike) Were any of the break-in steps cloneman listed followed? Only part I'd throw at it until you're sure is possibly another FPR (AFPR this time). If you don't KNOW it's broke, don't fix (replace) it, you'll just be adding more variables to your issues. Just because something is new doesn't mean it ain't broke.
