Time to turn up the BOOST!! Go make us proud :tup:

Just need to boost launch thats all and take off at the same time.
The ford jumped when I was just trying to build boost, by the time i took off his rear tires were next to my door so I just went for it and caught him up.

Well......I got a deposit for the red lightning today so 2nd race seems very far from happening and the black one is all stock so why bother (it'll be a ford massacre).
If 2nd race does take place ill record it for sure

I have to say, street races are one of those things that just dont bother me. I think it is cause I grew up with it. My dad was a stop light warrior growing up and it didn't change after I came along. He eventually moved his shenanigans to the track but about that time my brother had a sweet 81 Trans Am with a 455 that would eat most anybody's lunch. I had some "fast" stuff in high school but it was mostly junkyard toys. My first respectable performance vehicle was my motorcycle so not too many cars wanted any of that but a few cocky Vettes and some other 600cc guys have tangled with it. Unless it was a liter bike there wasn't much that I got concerned with. Now I'm close to having the Ty done so I'm sure a few hearts will need to be broken from one stoplight to the next. Be safe....well as safe as one can be when breaking the law. Haha.

Don't be scared of a ferd Lightning, they are heavy piece of beep!
I raced one that had slicks, lightweight wheels, all chromed out engine (like it was a rebuilt engine) & I spanked it.

That red one has headers, k&n intake, exahust and looks like pullies too and it has some semi slicks kinda tires. When the lightning took off it catched traction no problem, the guy was burning rubber on every stop when we were headed to the light. I really really want to go for a second race and show him what a boost launch means:tup:

a GI on base is always following me in his Lightning trying to race. BUT HE NEVER GOES OFF BASE!! im not getting arrested my MPs'

Maybe...just maybe 2nd race might take place at the track, im trying to convince the new owner (19 yr old guy) to meet me there next thursday.
I just put a manual boost control valve and im trying to dial in the damn boost spikes.
Need to set:
Fuel psi
WOT fuel
Timing
Going for 18lbs boost, running 100% meth
Guys! Any suggestion on the fuel and timing settings? I promise a good video of my washing machine kicking the crap out of that ford.

Didn't bother me when I was 26 either. But then I grew up (or grew old...as lil' Jimmy might say ) and had kids and saw a few horrendous incidents and realized that in some cases, it's just plain dumb. Like at night...on a busy road.

But that's just wisdom talking. I'm gonna go take my teeth out and call it a night...:rotf: (but first let me untie this black belt from around my waist...damn aging!!)
