After a delicous dinner at the fancy Village Inn where I scarffed down a double bacon cheese burger and a heaping load of mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese meltes on top, me and the wife were on our way home when I see a yellow COBRA and a white EVO racing from a light. The Cobra raped the EVO off the line and decided I HAD to get in on it. So luckily we all catch the next light together. As I pull up to the yellow COBRA, I notice its the same one I raced a few months ago. Last time we raced he said he wasnt tuned well as he just did a bunch of mods and was going to work on it htat weeekend. Well, he got it all working good. Thats for sure. We took off from the light I launched with about 16 #s. I was only running 17psi but dont think my usual 19 would a helped me much. He has drag radials and passed me by at 75. The EVO stormed by me at 90. I was fairly disappointed. Guess I have some tunning to do. Still runnning a little lean in the top end but hopefully will have it fixed soon. This guy is becoming my rival :lol: j/k. Hes actually pretty cool. I knwo people talk about me a lot around here but when he asked me if I am a history teacher I thought to myslef somethings just not right about this town.
