grand national heads

I have the opportunity to get some ta performance heads for a buick 4.1l that was in a grand national, plus intake and a th400.

My question is, will those heads and intake work on my 4.3l typhoon?

Completely different engine.

I know ther are different engines, but figured id make sure incase they were inter changeable.
