h1c turbo on 4.3

so i was buying a bigger turbo from a guy off his ty and it ended up being bad so he ordered a new turbo and ends up being a h1c turbo , i believe holset
i did a search but didnt find any info, has anyone ran this turbo on the 4.3? is it worth the time?

it visably larger but dont want to waste time

bad idea imo , for one the syty downpipe will no longer fit . what a/r are the housings ? there are so many direct bolt on turbos for the syty , why go knock off to save a buck ?

H1c is used on some of the cummins diesels, pretty reliable up to 30 psi on the cummins diesels, I think its the 351m with out the VV is the most durable turbo on the cummins diesels.

that ****er won't work on a 4.3. you won't even get it to spool past 2psi imo

^^ X2. Diesels move a lot of air. That won't be very efficient on a gas engine, let alone a 4.3.

ok i got it all figured out, the guy handed me the wrong turbo, this one was for his dodge dually, lol

i got the normal 20g now, i was worryed cause the 20g is hat i bought origanally then he handed me this big bastard, lol
