They look pretty good, but I think they should be set back on the hood further and the other way round (ie, basically rotate them 180* and move them back to the cowl)

Ahh, somebody with some taste.

I was going to try them on the front fenders like the Rover, but the proportions & angles are all wrong.
With the way they are in that pic, the outer, inner & front lines of the vent follow the hood lines really well. And with the pass. side vent I could make it functional with the ATR CAI.

I'm thinking that if I paint the outer bezel white to match the truck it would be more subtle. I'll have to experiment some more with position & color before I decide.

I wouldnt have done it to mine but its sweet. The stock hood sucks. Wonder muw much fresh air that will give ya?

I like things that set the vehicles apart yet subtle.

I think the problem is that the vents have a rounded look to them where as everything about our bricks scream squares you know. At least that's the why I look at things with these things but in any case it's unique and will help vent some heat out at stop lights

Only one pic in that album.

Hood vents are like leather pants on a dude... they are hard to pull off (in more ways than one). In theory I'm all for hood vents for heat extraction; I almost think you could do as well in the heat department with a cowl hood though. Perhaps someone with first hand experience could chime in on this?
