Loaded Mashed Potatoes
- 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients

4 pounds medium baking potatoes
1 cup milk
12 ounces (1-1/2 cups) French onion dip
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Asiago cheese
1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
Toasted Pecan, Cider And Stuffing
Ingredients

3 tablespoons bacon fat or vegetable oil
5 stalks celery, diced
1 large onion, minced
1 bag (16 ounces) cornbread stuffing crumbs
2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
2 teaspoons ground sage
2-1/2 cups apple cider or apple juice
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Green Beans Gremolata
Ingredients

1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Of course there was cooking the Dirty Bird, gravy, etc... Pretty exhausted by the end of it... passed out 1 hour after the meal.. never got around to the pie or my Tanqueray... :-?
