Re: HC2012 "Itinerary"

If there are any questions about Homecoming 2012, please send any one of the following people/screen names a PM:

Homecoming Committee
13Pelle
RMcCourt
warmpancakes
Beavis

The above 4 are the people to ask questions, NOT admin, NOT moderators or anyone else. The people on the Committee actually planning the event and making the decisions are the people to talk to. We are on the board daily and will get back to you very quickly with an answer to any questions you have about HC2012.

Re: HC2012 "Itinerary"

That sounds good to me! After seeing the GM Heritage tour on the list, I know I have to make it now. Now I need to get all signed up.

Re: HC2012 "Itinerary"

The mobile dyno is locked in for HC2012....the pricing is $65 for two pulls and $10 for each additional pull. It is a two wheel drive dyno so we will have tools on hand to pull and reinstall the prop shaft.

Fri & Sat night hotel parking lot drinking is covered. I'm heading into OH this weekend and will pick up about 8 cases of Yuengling.

x3 on the Yuengling. Ohio has become a much better place since it came last fall.

Re: HC2012 "Itinerary"

  • The have been a few revisions to the first post with the Itinerary. We are planning on moving the Go Karting from its normal Saturday night to Friday due to a few attendees not staying late Saturday making them unable to participate in it. We can still do a Go Kart on Saturday night in addition to the Friday one if people still want to.

  • The car wash has also been moved to the hotel instead of the venue. We will be providing everything needed to wash the trucks before the event. If you have specific things you need or want for your truck when you wash it, feel free to bring them.

  • We are also asking for people to bring, if they would like, local regionally unique/specific beers from their area to share for Friday and/or Saturday night at the hotel. Microbreweries are all over now and some of them make some great beers. Most of us are beer drinkers and this gives us all a chance to hang out, BS and try different beers that most wouldn't be able to otherwise.

Re: HC2012 "Itinerary"

If possible, I'd like to see who else is interested in Saturday night kart racing.

Myself and the whiff were looking forward to go-karting on Saturday. We aren't checking in until very late Friday night, so we're most likely missing all the events for that day. I don't expect thing to be rearranged for us, I'm just curious if anyone else is interested.

Also, I'll grab some local Illinois/Chicago brews...right now I'm thinking Harrison's, Revolution, and Two Brothers.
