Man, you guys are tough customers. These trucks weren't painted worth a crap new, of course there will be "surface" rust like that, which will wipe off with a rag. Half of the parts under our trucks received no paint at all new. Any vehicle will do that if not stored in a climate controlled garage all year and never driven in the rain.
The lower CAC on my 20k mile Sy looked like that too when I got it, all it takes is a couple of cruises in the rain to make them do that. I cleaned it up and repainted it, took all of 20 minutes, and you could never tell the difference. The paint on all this stuff underneath is like that black shipping primer that comes on all new sheetmetal, its junk.
Now the price on this truck is crazy high, but crazy people are born every day.

Any body with that much money to drop on a Syty will thank the honest members here when they can pick up a nicer truck , and still have money left over for mods .:tup:

Agreed. If it were a 92, I could see the $28K price tag but being a 93 with issues.....$12K tops.
