How about a two sided logo T-shirt? Just a small logo on the front and a large one on the back. I love my shirt from last year...um this year. I'll be there for sure it was a blast with a lot of trucks and a closer drive for me.

Theres allwas Teal & Gray. hhhmmm... Make the front of the shirt like the front of the truck & the back of the shirt like the rear of the truck!! That would be really cool looking. Make the shirts Marlbro red. even could make the front & the back like the Marlbro Sy. even could incorparate the shirt with the shorlder straps like in the truck. IM full of ideas!! HAHAHA!!

...do you know if there is a track photographer? It would be kinda cool to get vehicle
action shots (or mpegs) of burnouts, and/or runs. And a "SyTy group shot" at the track
would be priceless (years from now when the grandkids inherit these vehicles and
ask why we ran-so-slow).

Dunno what else you could ask for. The track is one of the best around here. Its an IHRA sanctioned track too. If you guys want to pay $100+ a truck for track prep you are more than welcome to.

Plus Milan is where these trucks were tested and developed, part of the reason we use the track. They did put some of there best times down at that track.... its part of the Homecoming theme and nostalgia.

OK then, how about a better road to get there :D I have a hard enought time kepping all the bolts and nuts tight the way it is. Is there a different way to get there where the roads have less than 100 potholes

Yes, there will be a different way, that was not my doing. You can blame AJ for that :rotf: My teeth are still chattering!

Tim - Is there any way you can look at the price both with and without the track prep? It was just too slippery to launch with any boost. I completey understand if the price gets out of hand and most people don't care/don't want it... but it would be nice to see what kind of difference per person it makes in price.

Ok, I will definitely look into Mark, and we will discuss it at the next meeting. Next year quite a few quick trucks are attending (including yours) so I will see what we can do about it. Last year was our first year, and we didn't know whether we really needed the extra prep or not.

Re: Homecoming 2008 bigger and better comments? suggestions?

Ok. first. I did not want to take that way to the track, person I was riding with wanted to take the way that he map quested.( map quest was the shorter way to get there but, not the best. I did not want to take that way because I knew it was rough but I was not driving. IT will be alot better ride there in 2008!!! 2. I don't think Milan would mind if you brought your own bottle of VHT to prep. your lane. To have them prep the lanes IM sure it cost alot more. ( man power & VHT to do so). We can look into it though.

Thanks!!!

Aj.

Milan might be a good track but I don't think it was that day for sure. As Maxtor said and the V8 sy saw they were all over. Not that our trucks are probably the best setup but it is by far from what I saw one of the best tracks. I have been to a few, Jeremy has been to a ton and he agreed.

VHT is a lot cheaper than a truck going into the wall.

I know some like just test and tune, I also know of others that would like some kindof racing also. Might be something to consider.

yes there was, he wanted $25+ for a print which is absurd.. I refused to buy from him.. My girlfriend on the other hand bought the picture from him for me for my birthday.

$25 for him to print a digital image and mail it is rape.
