Last year we stayed at the Park Inn, which was ok. The rooms werent the greatest, but we were all in the same place and there was room to hang out as a group at night. We wanted to find some nicer accomodations this year, while still being convenient to get to, and have area where we can all hang out.

We will be staying in your choice of 2 hotels this year to accommodate all of the guests attending. This will give folks an option to where they prefer to stay. They are withing walking distance of each other, so all of us getting together won't be an issue.

The first one is Hampton Inn Harrisburg - West, 4950 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, 717-691-1300. There are rooms available with 2 queen beds or a king bed and pullout couch. The price for this hotel is $129 per night.

The second hotel is within walking distance to this hotel to keep our group together. This hotel is TownePlace Suites by Marriott Harrisburg-West, 4915 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, Pa 17055, 717-691-1400. The rooms here are 1 king bed or 2 queen beds, in a studio style. The price here is $139 per night.

The group name is Sportmachines Rooms are available to reserve until Friday July 10th.

We've been in touch with the the Hotels, and asked them if they would extend the discounted rates for us for another week. So you all now have til the 17th to book your rooms at the group rate!

Booked Hampton. Have an extra bed for Fri in to Saturday. Anyone want to split a night?
