I need to get spark plug wires and the store by me carries msd. Are these good for our trucks? Also the set that i have to buy, i have to assemble them myself. i don't know if this matters.

i LOVE the MSD 8.5 custom fits. they are made just for our trucks (no cutting), but they only work with the stock exhaust manifolds. nicest wires ive seen.

The Black Beauties worked fine for me, but I also like slicing and dicing...feels like a "real" mod

A few things I like about MSD's 8.5mm Super Conductors:

- I got less resistance than their claimed "40-50 ohms per foot,"
- a universal V8 kit (90° boot) and a few extra multiangle boots/clips should cost less than $90
(enough for two V6 sets).
- MSDs can sometimes be found "on sale."

Well as a matter of fact we checked resistance on E-RUE's MSD wires this past week and they were in the 35 to 50 range for the whole wire.

I am very happy with Taylor Spiro Pro wires and they aren't as expensive as the others, around $35.

I agree with run, go get some Taylors and save yourself $20

the msd's are nice - i run and like the accell heat resistant wireset - black, fits perfectly, seems to last longer then the msd's in this particular case (msd generally makes the best plug wire on the market)
