How fast can a syclone go with stock ECM (EPROM mod is ok) INJ & turbo?
I have had the truck since new, and have some mods done but no real power add mods. I dont have the money to go wild on the thing ( a wife and kids will do that to ya :D )

Truck has some mods done to it ( listed below), what should I do next?

.30 over motor
TRW forged pistons
Ported stock heads
Ported Uper & Lower intakes
ANS Boost Controler
Cold air box
High Flow Cat
MSD ignition
ATI Pit Bull Street Chip
600 GPH @ 90 PSI Fuel Pump
ATI Fuel pres reg

I dont want to spend alot of $$$ and I want mods to be bolt on, I also dont want to go past the limits of the stock turbo, I run only 16 PSI now.

Truck runs strong, last time slip was 12.70 @ 108, I would like to hit low 12's, mods I was mulling over are air to air intercooler or 50 HP NOS system, any thoughts or ideas would be great tks.

Well, a 50 shot of nitrous would put you well into the 11's, but it MIGHT not last long. Right now you have the MPH to play with the fastest stock turbo guys around, fastest I've heard of was a 12.2 @ 109, so if I were you I'd look into some drag radials, maybe caltracs and launch it very hard (15 psi).

11.9 @ 116

Marks right 108 is 12.2 MPH get that sy to run 1.6-1.7 60's and you will have the one fast stock turbo SY

BTW I thought that CA SY went 12.2 @ 105?
who went 109?

I have gone 12.53@106 with stock turbo, motor and injectors and a slipping tranny. Valve covers have never been removed. My truck has been sitting idle for over a year since the tranny got tired.

My plan is to be the first in the 11's.

Since this run, I've removed 100 lbs of stereo and installed a Brian Hartman tranny.

Once the tranny is running well, I will begin testing. My guess is I'll run around 12.2 to 12.3 and with some tuning and other tricks up my sleeve, 11's are possible.

We''ll see.

How much boost? Sy or Ty? The Ty has a ~.4 sec disadvantage. Under 13 in a stock turbo Ty is very good. I'm not familiar with the te44, but AFAIK it's comparable to a 20g performance wise, right? That's ~.5 advantage above a stock turbo. So you got the figures. BTW, not every trucks perfrom the same way. You can tune it forever and get high 12's in one truck, and drop in a few mods and get 12.2 in an other. I mean with stock turbo in both cases.

its a little bigger than a 20g. the times were on 14psi with 93 octane exon. Just wander if an ultimante and 110 octane would help???? its a sy

Talk to the Canadians. They aren't stock injectors or turbo - but they have a little something something that works.

I was able to run a 13.3@100 on the stock chip. Actually Patrick Dicochea drove it at Bakersfield on that pass.

The big factor ONCE ALL DURABLILTY ISSUES WERE ADDRESSED was the ultimate chip and the TC lock up switch. The switch cut 2/10ths off the run and going from version 6 to version 7 on the ultimate cut another 2/10ths. I was skeptical at first when BG said it would be faster, but he assured me the wide band O2 runs showed the version 6 was still running rich at the top end on the stock fp setting.

Adam you need to try some porting work... cheap, and very easy to port the upper intake to match the lower, as well as the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. Wanna spend a bit more time? Remove the turbo, port match the inlet of the exhaust housing to the exhaust manifold, do some porting at the compressor housing also.

Willing to spend a bit of money? Do an external gate on the crossover and a dump out the downpipe. My guess is that would be the best *easy* gain you could do at this point.

If I'm going to pull stuff apart to port, I mind as well replace the water pump with an aluminum one as well.

Still want to know if the stock injectors are adequate with a 20G.
