At least you live in a state that allows junk titles to be rebuilt. My old bike was a rebuilt salvage. Didnt effect resale or anything for me. It was MINT when I sold it though!

yea this truck is mint he said it was in the sun for a week after he got it painted then it went strate into the shop
and it hasnt changed in 6 year it hasnt even moved an inch its been in his rim shop for 8 years

Why dont you ask him whats up with the title. Did you ever think about it that he might have it sitting becasue he cant title it. :dunno:
